Sekilas tentang Kopi :
Kopi merupakan minuman yang sangat populer di seluruh dunia. Sebagian besar orang pasti sudah tidak asing lagi dengan minuman yang satu ini. Kopi berasal dari biji kopi yang diproses secara khusus sehingga menghasilkan rasa yang nikmat dan aromanya yang khas. Biji kopi sendiri berasal dari Tanaman kopi yang tumbuh di daerah-daerah dengan iklim tropis.
Ada banyak jenis kopi yang berbeda-beda, mulai dari Arabica, Robusta, hingga Liberica. Kopi Arabica biasanya memiliki rasa yang lebih halus dan aroma yang lebih kompleks. Sedangkan kopi Robusta memiliki kadar kafein yang lebih tinggi dan rasa yang lebih pahit. Kopi Liberica memiliki aroma yang unik dan berbeda dari jenis kopi lainnya.
Sejarah kopi sendiri sudah sangat panjang, dimulai dari penemuan biji kopi di Ethiopia pada abad ke-9. Kemudian biji kopi menyebar ke seluruh dunia melalui perjalanan pedagang dari Timur Tengah ke Eropa. Di Indonesia sendiri, kopi menjadi komoditas penting yang membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi negara.
Kopi juga memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan. Kandungan antioksidan dalam kopi bisa membantu melawan radikal bebas dan mencegah penyakit kronis seperti kanker dan diabetes. Selain itu, kafein dalam kopi bisa meningkatkan energi dan meningkatkan fungsi otak.
Biji kopi sendiri diproses melalui beberapa tahap, mulai dari pengupasan kulit luar biji, fermentasi, pengeringan, hingga roasting. Proses ini mempengaruhi rasa dan aroma kopi yang dihasilkan. Kopi yang diproses dengan baik akan menghasilkan minuman yang nikmat dan enak.
Dengan begitu, bisa dikatakan bahwa kopi merupakan salah satu minuman yang memiliki sejarah panjang dan memiliki beragam jenis yang berbeda. Dengan manfaat kesehatan yang dimilikinya, kopi tetap menjadi minuman favorit bagi banyak orang di seluruh dunia.

One of the coffee shops and eatery in Kalibata. The foods are good as good as the coffee. The atmosphere is nice to chill, and the wifi is also reliable. The prices are also reasonable for the quality of the food. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer us the recommendations food. Difenetaly will come again sometime.

This new cafe, located in Kalibata South Jakarta, has parking lot approx enough for 10 cars. Special on weekend, the cafe open at 08.00 am.
The offer western food (like nachos, buffalo wings, pastas), and Indonesian Traditional Food (like Ayam Geprek, Nasi Goreng). Be careful the wings are really hothot(spicy).
The cafe also 2 meetings room with capacity 10 and 12 person.
The cafe has indoor and outdoor dining area. If you want to hold small event, the place can fit up to 100 people.
It’s a recommended place to hang out with friends. The service was really fast, friendly, and helpful. I particularly like the smoking area, which technically was inside the restaurant, but it was actually outside, so it was not too hot. The price was not too expensive, but the food is still tasty.
I give this coffee shop 4 stars because it is a very cozy place that is located near TMP Kalibata. This location also has an atmosphere that any introverted person would enjoy because it appears to be quiet and located in an alley.This place is hard to notice if you come from the main roads.
I ordered two things: french fries and croissant mint.
Crissant mint: this artisanal tea is unique because of the mints, but for me, the portion is very, very small. You’ll be served with small cups and glasses.
French fries: the food itself isn’t very dry or soft, so it was served with the perfect texture for me. There’s also some seasoning on top of it; they also served this one with ketchup and chili sauce, so if the original one doesn’t fit your preferences, you can add the sauce.
As for the price, I think it’s quite expensive for those portions, but you might like the taste they offer at this house.
