Sekilas tentang Kopi :
Kopi adalah minuman yang sangat populer di seluruh dunia, terutama di Indonesia. Kopi berasal dari biji kopi yang dipetik dari pohon kopi, kemudian dipanggang dan diseduh dengan air panas. Di Indonesia, kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor yang sangat penting dan memberikan kontribusi besar bagi perekonomian negara.

When you try to write a review of coffee shop in Jakarta, lately it became monotonous. Because basically everything has became saturated and nothing stands out from each other.
Here is another coffee shop in South Jakarta, Stuja Coffee, located specifically in Cipete. For the coffee it self, of course they have all the classic espresso based. For the manual brew they have 3 types of bean when I asked (Bali, 2 others I forget) and could be serve by v60 or aeropress. Other coffee they offer is a bunch of signature drink they have, I try the wheat milk (?) which taste fine. They also got other things but we didn’t order any so I couldn’t give any comments
For the place it self, they have indoor and outdoor (smoking) room. Almost every table at the indoor have access to power outlet. For the outdoor area, it would be a problem I think if it’s raining. For the parking, leave it to the valet
Quiet full with people due to the trift market. The coffee and the pastry are nice to try, especially the cinamon roll with the vanilla cream (sorry, forgot the correct name). The parking area is limited so better not bring your car.

I just tried stuja coffee.
The overall atmosphere is good and cozy, and the services and employees are polite and helpful. Parking spaces are tidy, and the outdoor area is comfy.
But I was disappointed with the aglio e olio; the tuna is a little bit sour, and the spaghetti is kind of hard (maybe undercooked).
I also ordered kopi susu bumi, and it was amazing—such a perfect combination of creamy and coffee.

But for the tuna, I was just disappointed.
Let’s hope there will be an improvement in the future.
I went here with my friend on last Sunday. This cafe is one of hidden gem in Cipete road. Our menu that we ordered were tasty. Unfortunately I forgot to take a lot of pictures of this cafe due to crowded of people in the indoor area.
The place is so comfortable for WFH! The taste of earth coffee is good!
